Fees Related To Each Loan

The following is an example of estimated settlement charges related to a $175,000 purchase loan transaction in the San Francisco, CA area, with this company. This does NOT include charges for the following: 

·          Origination charges (charge you pay to a mortgage lender or mortgage broker for getting a loan for you) to the extent such charges have already been disclosed as "origination points" as part of your rate quote
·          Discount points, if any, (charge you pay to obtain/reduce a particular interest rate for your loan). Such points, if any, should be disclosed as "discount points" as part of your rate quote
·          Owner’s title insurance, if any  (charge you pay if you choose to insure your interest in the property)
·          State and Local transfer taxes, if any
